The development of a Latin American Center of Studies for the inclusion of people with dissabilities ( CELIN) was decided during the V Congress of the Oritel Medical Directors.that took place from July 2nd to July 4th in Montelimar, Nicaragua.
The creation of the CELIN corresponds to one of the agreements focussed on the consolidation of the uninterrupted growing that the Oritel Medical Net has achieved.
The design of the CELIN project will be in charge of the Oritel Inclusion Medical Board.
